Thank You for Making 2022's Triad LUNGe Forward 5K a Success
The phrase "๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ป๐ธ ๐๐ผ๐" ๐ถ๐ ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐๐๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ for all that so many put into making October 8thโs 15th Annual Triad LUNGe Forward 5K so wonderful, but there are a few shoutouts I must share with some notable contributors.

From Thursday's packet pick-up where Paul Williams and Scott Riddle lugged so many boxes in for Michele Hursey and Sandy Oehler to make sense of it all to Fridayโs packet pickup where Alisha, Becky, Samantha, Sandy and Shannon manned the tables to Saturdayโs big event, this squad rocked.
