Final Friday's Finds for March 2021

Each month, I share some “Final Friday’s Fab Finds” of what I’m using, loving and finding can boost my productivity while bringing comfort and sanity amidst the hectivity of life. Here are my final Friday’s Finds for March 2021.

Shockingly, the Pothos plants I purchased from The ZEN Succulent last June are still alive, and watching their continued growth brings me such joy. When my dear friend Kelly pitched them as exceptionally resilient and extremely low maintenance, I had no idea how accurate that description was, and I’m extremely grateful for such an easy way to support a local business that’s owned and operated by this fabulous Black woman.

PMS and Period Educator, Berrion Berry, has created a limited edition Daily Flo Menstrual Support Tea that is doing remarkable things for reducing headaches and cramping, regulating moods, calming hormonal acne and promoting healthy digestion. The mix of raspberry leaf, nettle, rose, lemon balm and oat straw is based on plenty of research and comes from Berri’s wealth of knowledge; plus, it’s beautifully packaged and super tasty. Of course, I do love to pair it with my favorite Cloister Honey options, like Wildflower, Orange Blossom or Bourbon, but you do you and fix your hot tea however you prefer.

I had my first shot of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine earlier this month, and I’m so excited about being one step closer to fully vaccinated. Although I know there is a great debate about COVID-19 vaccinations, I’m reassured to know that the decade’s worth of research that went into a vaccine for SARS is the foundation on which the COVID-19 vaccine was created so it wasn’t rushed, and I find the answers shared by doctors to these frequently asked questions helpful in my analysis of available options: https://www.instagram.com/p/CI86guFDUhA/?igshid=1gg802ef0aln5. We’re all in this together, and none of us is protected until all of us are protected.

Using Amazon Fresh for replenishing my groceries is one of the greatest gifts to my productivity. The time saved by plugging my grocery list into the computer and, then, having it delivered within two hours to my front door is incredible. I am regularly reminded how I can better use that time for goals related to home, work, community and self-care priorities. Meanwhile, making sure I have the blueberries, bananas, peanut butter, Organic Girl greens, V8 Splash juice and milk handy for my daily smoothies is essential for eliminating those hangry moments in life.

The ReadiVac Eaze Upright Hand Held Stick Vacuum makes regular cleaning so much easier! The size of this tool makes it easy to store near where it’ll be used while it isn’t obtrusive or standing out, and the fact that it's battery powered enables easily cleaning everywhere in no time at all. It works equally well on hard floors, upholstery and carpet, meaning I go seamlessly from the kitchen’s wood floors to the carpeted stairs and everywhere in between. It is super lightweight to carry around and offers three different push button power levels with LED lights to really see what needs vacuuming next.

I’d love to know what are some of your fab finds amidst all that’s happening right now. Add a comment here or email me, and maybe I’ll give your suggestion a try for an upcoming “Final Friday’s Fab Finds” post. Or do you have any feedback on prior months' fab finds that you've tried? I’d love to hear from you!
