What We've Learned Over 15 Years in Business

It was 15 years ago today that Organize for Success, LLC officially received its Articles of Organization from Secretary Elaine Marshall as North Carolina's Secretary of State.

Over these 15 years, we've learned so much:

💡 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸-𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀. The sum of the parts in your life is greater than any individual element, and planning the investment of your time for those parts shields you from the distractions of others' priorities.

💡 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆; refuel your energy reserves to adequately meet the needs of time, energy and focus for efficiently accomplishing what matters most.

💡 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲-𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗹; find out what makes you unique to create solutions that can be maintained.

💡 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀... Anything you do once matters, but what you do repeatedly matters more; likewise, tasks are done once while routines are the actions completed regularly.

💡 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿. Your brain is meant for thinking, whether strategic or creative, not remembering, so we must write down or capture electronically everything.

💡 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗱 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀. Surrounding ourselves with folks who are accomplishing impressive outcomes can be contagious; plus, the greatest tool in your productivity toolbox can be a squad who deeply loves the person you are, pushes you to level up when needed, provides a supportive sounding board and helps you laugh until you cry.

What have YOU learned about putting productivity to work for efficiently and effectively accomplishing what matters most to make every minute matter as you organize for success in life?
